Women's Golf competes at Marian in dual

FOND dU LAC, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin traveled to Whispering Spring Golf Course on Saturday to compete in a dual meet with Marian University and won by nine strokes at the par 72, 5,802 yard course.

CUW shot a 406 total, while MU had a 417 team total. Sophomores Nina Puch (Des Plaines, Ill.) and Madalyn Joannes (Wauwatosa, Wis.) shot 88 and 98, respectively, to lead the Falcons squad.

Angela Krueger paced the Sabres with a 98 total.

Sophomore Lexi Westphal (Brownsville, Wis.) carded a 108, while freshman Megan Reddersdorf (Marengo, Ill.) shot a 112. Freshman Veronika Metanova (Palatine, Ill.) rounded out the Falcons lineup with a 117 score.

CUW and MU will meet again on Friday in another dual meet at the River Club in Mequon, Wis.
