- The Falcons fell behind 6-0 after four-and-a-half innings of play thanks to three runs by Arcadia in the fourth, two in the third, and one in the fifth. CUW didn't get the bats rolling until after that, scoring twice in the fifth and once more in the sixth.

- O'Connell again tallied two hits for the Falcons as did junior Allison Peters (Elk Grove, Ill.). Senior Carly Sobrilsky (Brookfield, Wis.) belted a solo home run in the sixth as well.

- Arcadia featured a balanced attack as all but one starter recorded a hit. Jackie Bilotti drove in two runs to lead Arcadia.
