2013 Season (Junior): Competed in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, one mile, 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs as well as the 3,000-meter steeplechase and various relays...INDOOR: Ranked first in the Northern Athletics Conference in the one mile run and the 3,000-meter run...Top mile time came at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15) when he crossed the finish line in 4:24.93, a personal record...Won the mile at the NAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23) with a time of 4:28.55...Top 3,000-meter run time was 8:58.47 at the Carthage Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 25)...Ran the 800-meter run in a personal-best time of 1:58.85 at the UW-Parkside Classic (Feb. 2)...OUTDOOR: Ranked first in the NAC in the 1,500-meter run with his 3:59.74 set at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Apr. 13)...Posted the second best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the NAC with a 9:32.88 at the Rex Foster Invitational (Apr. 5)...Won the 1,500-meter run at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4) with a time of 4:02.73, while placing second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:50.31...Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27) with a time of 9:55.16...Took first in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 15:44.31 at the Cedarville Collegiate All-Corners Meet (Apr. 20).

2012 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 800-, 1,500-, 3000-, 5,000- and 10,000-meters, mile and distance medley relay...Helped the men's team win the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championship...INDOOR: Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (11:19.07) and ninth in the 800-meters (2:01.95) at the Wisconsin Privtate College Invite (Jan. 13-14)...Was eighth in the 3,000-meters at the Eastbay/Pointer Invitational (Feb. 18)...Placed third in the mile (4:31.38) and fifth in the 3,000-meters (9:15.65) at the NAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)...OUTDOOR: Was seventh in the 3,000-meters (10:22.07) at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 23-24)...Ran to a second place finish in the 3,000-meters (10:02.57) at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 19-20)...Finished second in the 3,000-meters (9:57.09), sixth in the 10,000-meters (34:45.60) and seventh in the 5,000-meters (16:19.20) at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5).
