Men's Tennis records another successful season in 2019

MEQUON, Wis. – Men's Tennis had another strong season this past year. The team finished the season 8-1 in the conference to continue their strong performance in the NACC, placing second to undefeated Illinois Tech. CUW has a 36-5 record in the conference over the past five years.

In the NACC Tournament, the Falcons finished as runner-ups to IIT. CUW defeated MSOE 5-1 in the semifinals before falling to IIT 5-0 in the finals.

A landmark for the program took place in the season. The Falcons played an official match against an NCAA Division I opponent as Concordia Wisconsin traveled to and played Green Bay on February 16th.

CUW had multiple recipients of the NACC Player of the Week award. Christian Docter (Madison, Wis.) and Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) each earned the award and Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) received it twice.

Five Falcons received All-NACC honors. Gabe Binversie (Plymouth, Wis.), Docter, Rademacher, and Snyder each received All-NACC Singles awards. The teams of Nathan Raskin (Shorewood, Wis.) and Rademacher as well as Docter and Snyder each received All-NACC Doubles honors.
