Moore nets hat trick as ACHA Hockey shuts out Saint Mary’s

MEQUON, Wis.  Christopher Moore scored thrice for the Falcons as Concordia Wisconsin shut out Saint Mary's 5-0 on Friday night. 

THE BASICS
-Final Score: Concordia Wisconsin 5, Saint Mary's 0
-Records: Concordia Wisconsin 13-16, Lewis 6-19

HOW IT HAPPENED
-After a scoreless first period, Moore (Vernon, British Columbia) scored his first of the night to put the Falcons on the board.
-Max Schramm (Edwards, Colo.) added another in the second to put the Falcons up 2-0.
-Jonathon Grodzki (Tampa Bay, Fla.) scored 4:44 into the final frame.
-Nine seconds later, Moore scored his second of the night. The freshman completed his trick with 4:35 remaining to give the Falcons their fifth and final goal.

UP NEXT
-The Falcons face Saint Mary's once again for their final home game of the regular season on Saturday, February 2, at 5pm.
