Ben Gyuricza is in his fifth season as an assistant coach and his first year as a full-time assistant with the Concordia University Wisconsin Men's Soccer team.

The Falcons have seen a great amount of success with Gyuricza on staff. During his first year, CUW captured a conference championship and also gained another NACC title during his third season with the program. During the 2016 year, Gyuricza's second season staff, the Falcons reached their first Top 25 national ranking.

Gyuricza, a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, brings six years of club coaching experience to the Falcons. He is now in his sixth year as a coach at Bavarians where he has coached four different boys youth teams. In 2017, Gyuricza's U15 Boys Team qualified for the National League. It marked just the second time a Bavarian team qualified for the National League, the first team coached by Falcons assistant John Saleska.

He took that same team as U16’s and won the State Championship and Regional Championship. They were the first youth Bavarian team to compete in the National Tournament in 40 years. They also re-qualified for the USYS National League again, and will participate in it next season.

Gyuricza was awarded the 2019 Wisconsin Soccer Youth Coach of the Year for coaching the Milwaukee Bavarians at the U16 level. The award is given out every year to the best club coach in the state.

Gyuricza currently owns his USSF C national license for coaching.

He played two seasons of soccer for the Falcons, including his senior year where they reached the NACC final against Dominican.

Gyuricza is from Palatine, Illinois, where he went to St. Viator Arlington Heights High School.
