2014 Season (Junior): Competed at five meets after coming back from an injury...Posted a new PR in every race of season, including ending the year with 24:15.8 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Time of final race of season was over three minutes faster than time from first race of year, a 27:18.3 at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27)...Ran a 24:25.7 at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1)...Also competed at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10, 25:03.9) and the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18, 24:51.68).

2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in four meets...Began season with a personal-best time of 27:24.9 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Ran at the NACC Championships (November 2), finishing the race in a time of 27:32.84...Finished the Pioneer Invite (October 12) in 27:37.5...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (September 28).

High School (Lutheran Westland): An Honor Roll student-athlete...Named All-Michigan Independent Athletic Conference First Team in cross country and track & field...Earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field.
