2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed at five meets...Closed year with a season-best 6K of 25:42.8 at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1)...First 6K of season came at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13), posting a time of 25:50.9...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 28:32.4) and the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invite (26:14.8)...Opened year with a 13:12.6 two-mile at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual.

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed at all six meets...Ran a personal-best 25:20.3 at the final meet of the season, the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 16)...Finished the Wisconsin Private College Championships (October 19) in a time of 25:38.8...Time from first meet of year to final meet of season improved by 1:10...Competed at the NACC Championships (November 2), running a 26:13.62...Opened season by running a 26:30 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14).

High School (Hope Lutheran High School): Earned First Team All-Three Rivers Conference accolades sophomore, junior, and senior year...Named Team MVP sophomore and senior year...Earned four letters...Also lettered in basketball and track & field...All-Conference in track & field senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Ernest and Lorna...Has two brothers, Jon and Andrew and two sisters, Rebecca and Elizabeth.
