2012 Season (Senior): Earned Northern Athletics Conference Honorable Mention recognition after finishing 17th place at the NAC Championships (Oct. 27), running the 6K in 25:00.45...Competed in five events...Placed 15th and ran a season-best time of 24:47.67 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Oct. 13)...Crossed the finish line in 24:49.6 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational (Sept. 21)...Began season by running a 24:51.2 at the Falcon Invitational (Sept. 15).

2011 Season (Junior): Helped the Falcons win the Northern Athletics Conference Championship, the third of her career…Earned All-NAC honors…Competed in all seven events…Had three top 12 races during 6K events…Began the season with a second place finish after running 13:18 at the two-mile dual against Maranatha Baptist Bible College (Sept. 3)…Began the 6K portion of the schedule with a 10th place finish after running 24:55.50 at the Falcon Invitational (Sept. 17)…Ran a personal record and the ninth fastest time in school history (24:11.60) at the North Central College Invite (Sept. 30)…Placed eighth at the NAC Championships (Oct. 29) after running 24:41.70…Ended the season with a 24:41.20 time at the NCAA Division III Regionals (Nov. 12).

2010 Season (Sophomore): Helped the Falcons win the Northern Athletics Conference Championship, the second of her career...Named All-NAC...Earned 'Heart of a Monster' team award.

2009 Season (Freshman): Helped the Falcons win the Northern Athletics Conference Championship...Named All-NAC...Earned 'Heart of a Monster' team award.

High School (Chilton): A four-year Honor Roll student-athlete...Earned varsity letters in volleyball, cross country, softball and track & field...Helped the cross country team win two Olympian-Packerland-Large Conference titles and one in track & field...Named All-OPLC First Team in cross country...Captained the cross country and softball teams.
