2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 800-meter, 1,000-meter, 1,500-meter, and one mile runs as well as various relays...INDOOR: Ran the 1,000-meter run for the first time in career at the UW-Parkside Classic (Feb. 2) in a time of 3:34.12...Earned a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15)...Placed 10th in the 800-meter run at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23) with a time of 2:36.90...Was member of third-place distance medley relay team at NAC Championships...OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best 5:22.47 in the 1,500-meter run at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)...Placed ninth in the 800-meter run with a 2:39.64 at the Cedarville Collegiate All-Corners Meet (Apr. 20).

2012 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 400-, 800-, 1,500-, 3,000-, 5,000- and 10,000-meters, 4x400- and 4x800-meter relays, mile and distance medley relay..INDOOR: Began the season with a third place finish in the distance medley relay (13:56.43) at the Wisconsin Private College Invite (Jan. 13-14)...Was ninth in the 800-meters (2:34.99) at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 27)...Placed second in the distance medley relay (13:41.10) and ninth in the 800-meters (2:38.34) at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)...OUTDOOR: Ran to a sixth place finish in the 4x800-meter relay (10:57.32) at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 23-24)...Finished third in the 5,000-meters (20:33.81) at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 19-20)...Placed third int he 4x400-meter relay (4:14.82), sixth in the 10,000-meters (43:31.50) and eighth in the 800-meters (2:34.23) at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5).

High School (Milwaukee Lutheran): Was cross country team's MVP...A North Shore Conference Scholar Athlete...Earned varsity letters in cross country, soccer and track & field.
