Wrestling returns home for dual matches Thursday, Friday

MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin's wrestling team returns to the R. John Buuck Field House on Thursday and Friday for dual matches after a month away from home. The Falcons host Lakeland College on Thursday at 7 p.m. before competing against MSOE on Friday at 7 p.m.

CUW (6-6) brings a four-match winning streak into its last home dual matches of the season. In dual match victories this season the Falcons have outscored their opponents by a 179-87 margin. The Raiders have lost two-consecutive and are 3-3 in dual matches this season, while the Muskies are 5-3 in dual matches.

Sophomores Sean Ambrocio (San Antonio, Texas) and Greg Sanders (San Antonio, Texas) have paced the Falcons all season and have compiled 23 and 30 wins, respectively. The duo has combined for 13 wins by fall.

Sophomore Casey Kenealy (Hartland, Wis.) is also having an improved season with a 19-15 overall record and an 11-2 record in dual matches. He has earned five wins by fall and three by major decision this season.
