Peppers named to MWLC All-Sportsmanship Team

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Sophomore Hayley Peppers represented Concordia University Wisconsin as the program's selection for the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference All-Sportsmanship Team, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.

Peppers (Franktown, Colo.) helped the Falcons to a program record seven victories, including five in MWLC play. She set the single season program record for ground balls (60), draw control wins (45) and caused turnovers (23). Peppers also was tied for the team lead with 21 goals.

The MWLC All-Sportsmanship Team was established this season (2013) to honor one player from each team for outstanding dedication to sportsmanship and for their portrayal of good sportsmanship, fair play and a positive attitude.
