Jim Ingman just completed his seventh season as head coach of the Concordia University Women's Hockey team following the 2013-14 season. Ingman is the only coach in the programs history and has 48 career victories.

The 2013-14 Falcons posted an 8-16-2 overall record and qualified for the NCHA Slaats Cup Playoffs, earning the fifth seed. CUW had just one senior on the squad and was comprised of mostly freshmen and sophomores.

In 2010-11 the Falcons posted their best season under Ingman's direction, going 13-11-4. CUW advanced to the NCHA quarterfinals that season and posted a 10-6-4 conference record, tying for fourth place in the always challenging conference.

Ingman also serves as the Women's Golf coach at CUW, a position he has held for the past three seasons. He has led his team to back-to-back Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference championships and trips to the NCAA Division III Championships. Ingman coached Nina Puch, a player who is also on the Women's Hockey team, to a NACC Player of the Year Selection. Puch also tied for the lowest round at the 2013 NCAA Division III Championships.

A 2001 UW-Stevens Point graduate, Ingman spent five years as an assistant for the Bemidji State University women's hockey program.

Prior to working at Bemidji State, Ingman was an assistant for the UW-Stevens Point women's hockey team, helping to build that program from the club level to national prominence over a four year period.
