Women's Golf competes at Edgewood in dual

COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin traveled to Door Creek Golf Course on Friday to compete in a dual meet with Edgewood College and won by 55 strokes at the par 71, 6,055 yard course.

CUW shot a 423 total, while EC had a 478 team total. Sophomore Nina Puch (Des Plaines, Ill.) took medalist honors with a 29-over-par 100 to lead the Falcons squad.

Moe Baemmert paced the Eagles with a 104 total.

Sophomore Madalyn Joannes (Wauwatosa, Wis.) carded a 105, while freshman Bridget Slater (Roseau, Minn.) shot a 107. Freshman Megan Reddersdorf (Marengo, Ill.) had a 111 and sophomore Lexi Westphal (Brownsville, Wis.) rounded out the lineup with a 118 score.

CUW will continue to prepare for the four-round NCAA Division III Championship on May 13-16 at Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla.
