CUW women's golf team defeats WLC and Lakeland

MEQUON, Wis.- Concordia Wisconsin dominated the field at the Falcon Triangular this afternoon, but CUW scores were unusually high.

"The course played the toughest it has all year," said Coach Jim Ingman.  "I think the combination of aerating the fairways, a two- club wind, and colder conditions made it a tough course.  Our scores were the highest they have been since we started practice.  That definitely didn't help the less experienced teams."

"We learned a lot about our team make-up again today," continued the first year coach.  "We have plenty to work on to get ready for the Benedictine Invite this weekend."
