Falcon BKB women travel to Marian Tonight/ The Scouting Report

MEQUON, Wis.-  Concordia Wisconsin will attempt to stay on top in the tightly contested Northern Division of the NAC when they travel to Fond du lac this evening to battle the Marian Sabres.

Marian is 3-4 in league play and 4-9 overall.  The Sabres have been paced offensively by Sarah Albert whose 11.5 points per game includes 31 3-point baskets.  Ashley Backes is right behind at 10.8 ppg.  Rissa Cerveny 10.5 and Dani Huray 9.1 are also in the perimeter offensive mix.

As a team, Marian lives and dies with the three point shot.  They have launched 352 from beyond the arc and have connected on 105 of those attempts.

The Sabres are averaging just 54 points per outing while allowing 64.  Rebounding has been the biggest problem as Marian has been outrebounded by better than 15 per game.
