2014 Season (Junior): Competed at first three meets of season...Ran a season-best 28:33.5 8K at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13)...Posted a 10:56.3 two-mile at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW dual (Aug. 30)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 30:07.8).

2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in four events...Began season with a career-best time of 27:48 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Crossed the finish line at the NACC Championships (November 2) in a time of 28:11.94...Ran a 28:45.6 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (October 19)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (September 28).

2012 Season (Freshman): Competed in all six events...Ran a personal-best time of 28:19.7 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational (Sept. 21)...Earned a 46th-place finish at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships (Oct. 27), completing the 8K in 28:55.44...Began colleigate career with a 28:33.3 at the Falcon Inivitational (Sept. 15)...Competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional, crossing the finish line in 28:49.38.

High School (Laconia): Graduated Magna Cum Lauda...A High Honor Roll student-athlete and member of the National Honors Society...Named All-Flyway Conference in cross country (twice), wrestling (twice) and track and field...Helped the cross country team win the Laconia Cross Country Invite and Markesan Invite his junior and senior years...Helped the wrestling team win a regional championship...Won a rugby conference championship...Earned varsity letters in cross country, wrestling and track & field.

Personal: Son of John and Sherrie...Has three older brothers, Erik, David, Jackson, and two younger brothers, Zach and Adam.
