GREEN BAY, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin Cross Country and Track & Field head coach Russ De Lap won his age division at the 10K Bellin Run on Saturday. The avid runner also finished 87th overall among the over 18,000 runners.
De Lap finished the 10K in 38 minutes and 50 seconds and had a 5K split time of 19 minutes and 36 seconds. He outran the second place runner in his 55-59 year-old division by six seconds. Overall, it was his second time he has competed in the 10K Bellin Run.
Allan Kiprono was the top runner with a time of 28:41. Former CUW runner Andy Ashenden finished 10th overall with a time of 32:17.
