2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes, the discus and javelin throws as well as the 4x400-meter relay...INDOOR: Competed in the 200-meter dash twice, running a 25.34 at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)...OUTDOOR: Placed ninth in the discus throw at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4) with a personal-best throw of 34.02 meters...Finished the 200-meter dash in a personal-best time of 24.81 at the Cedarville Collegiate All-Corners Meet (Apr. 20)...Began season with a personal-best javelin throw of 41.23 meters at the Rex Foster Invitational (Apr. 5).

High School (Chilton): Earned All-Olympian-Packerland-Large Conference Honorable Mention honors as a defensive end...Helped the track & field team win a OPLC championship his junior season...Won a member of the 4x200-meter relay winning team at the WIAA State Meet his senior year...Earned varsity letters in football, basketball and track & field. 

Personal: Son of Jim and Brenda...Has one older brother, Caleb, and one younger brother, Aaron...Has one older sister, Nadine...Younger brother Aaron is also a member of the CUW football program...Cousin, Timmy Coenraad, played professional basketball in Australia.
