Concordia Wisconsin Men's Skaters win fourth straight!

LAKE FOREST, Ill.- For the second straight night, an empty net score by CUW put the game out of reach as the Falcons skated to their fourth consecutive win.

A power play goal by the Falcons' Dan Schilts  was the only score of the first period.

The Foresters tied the game on a power play goal of their own by Roberto Caparelli midway through the second session.

The red-hot Falcons pulled ahead for good with 2:16 remaining in the second on Ryan Jaremko's lamp lighter and extended their lead at the 6:09 mark of the third on a goal by Chris Hughes.

Concordia had an 8-7 advantage in shots on goal in the opening period and a 13-7 edge in the second to account for an overall 30-24 advantage.

CUW is now 4-3-0 overall and 4-2-0 in the league while the Foresters fell to 1-4-0 overall and 1-3-0 in Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association play
