Finlandia completes weekend sweep

Things looked promising after Jonathon Smith's goal less than three
minutes into the second period tied things up for the Falcons at
2-2, but once again the late going was unkind to CUW as visiting
Finlandia tallied four consecutive times in the last 23 minutes to
post a 6-2 win.
The visitors scored twice within a 16 second first period span to
grab an early 2-0 cushion but Greg Douglas got Concordia within one
before the period ended and then Smith's heroics looked to have
turned the tide before the late Finlandia onslaught.
Tony Hrkac's team outshot thier opponents 41-24 but CUW goalie
Everett Devlin was outdueled by Ryan Donovan who wound up with 39
saves.
