Men’s Golf competes at Lake Forest Spring Invitational

BEACH PARK, Ill. – Andrew Otto recorded his third top-10 in a row on Sunday after shooting a 75 at the Lake Forest Spring Invitational, while Concordia Wisconsin took 10th at Thunderhawk Golf Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sophomore Andrew Otto (Kewaskum, Wis.) led the Falcons lineup with a 3-over par 75 to tie for ninth place. It was his fifth top-10 finish this season and third in a row.
- Concordia Wisconsin took 10th place with a 333 team score.
- Sophomore Bailey VanHandel (Kaukauna, Wis.) shot an 84, while freshman Dylan Karvala (New Berlin, Wis.) carded an 85.
- Senior Nick Szopinski (Beaver Dam, Wis.) had an 89 and freshman Andrej Buchko (Peoria, Ill.) finished with a 94.

BEYOND THE RESULTS
- Carthage won the team trophy with an 8-over par 296 team score to win by six shots.
- Matt Meneghetti (Carthage) took home medalist honors after shooting a 2-under par 70 to win by a stroke.
