What is the Sports Information
Department?
The Sports Information Department facilitates media
coverage for all 23 NCAA Division III athletic programs. Sports
Information is responsible for publicizing teams and
student-athletes through press releases, game notes, media guides,
press conferences, video, photography, statistics, various social
media platforms and interaction with individual members of the

What if I notice a mistake in a release or statistics?
Every attempt is made to distribute the most accurate
information but, on occasion, mistakes do occur. Please contact Steven Schauer with your concern.
What time is the game and what are the broadcast options?
The Falcons make every attempt to broadcast home athletic
events via the internet with live video/radio and and live
statistics. Some games are scheduled to be broadcast at the
beginning of the season while decisions to broadcast other games
may not be made until a day prior to the event. The game time will
be announced immediately on CUWFalcons.com as soon as it is

When will next year's schedule be released?
Many fans plan life events around CUW schedules. For that
reason, schedules are announced on CUWFalcons.com when approved by
the administration. Please continue to monitor CUWFalcons.com.
How can I contact a coach or student-athlete?
To contact a specific sport office, please refer to the
CUW Staff
Directory. Fans or media looking to contact individual
student-athletes should contact the Sports Information Office.
How can I recommend a player to be recruited by CUW?
A potential recruit should visit the sport page for their
respecitve page and complete the Recruit Questinnaire, which is
submitted to that respective head coach.
Where can I view information on CUW camps and clinics?
Each sport's coaching staff runs their own camps and
clinics. The coaching staffs are responsible for providing the
latest information including dates, forms and brochures to
CUWFalcons.com. If information for a specific camp is not yet
available, please check back at a later date.
How do I get help finding historical information, photos,
etc.?
The Sports Information Department is responsible for
servicing the media and will attempt to accommodate fan requests if
time permits. Please e-mail your request in writing to Rick
Riehl or Steven Schauer.
What are the broadcast options for CUW games?
The CUW Sports Information Department produces game day
video/radio broadcasts and special programming. The Concordia
Sports Network strives to provide the highest quality and most
diverse coverage of Falcon athletics to fans and alumni in

How can I receive video of a game, player, etc?
The CUW Sports Information Department cannot accommodate
fan request for video of certain games or players.

How do I find information on CUW
facilities?

What can I bring into the stadium?
Fans are encouraged to be respectful to other spectators
at CUW athletic events, as always dress appropriately for outside
athletic events. Absolutely no alcohol, tobacco, drugs or weapons
are allowed on the CUW campus.
Where can I find parking information?
Public parking is permitted on campus on game days and
fans are encouraged to arrive early. Parking is free and available

Who do I contact for advertising or sponsorship information?
Please call the CUW Sports Information Department at
(262) 243-4544 or visit the Athletic Directory for individual e-mail
addresses. CUW Athletic offices are located on the north side of
the R. John Buuck Field House.
Tickets
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the main admissions table on
game day as early as 30 minutes prior to the start of competition.
Tickets are generally $5 for each athletic event.
What are ticket prices for athletic events?
- Football charges $8 for adult reserved seating, $5 for adult general admission and seniors 65-plus reserved seating, $3 for seniors 65-plus general admission and $2 for children to 12 years old.
- Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey and Baseball charges $5 for adult general admission, $3 for seniors 65-plus, $2 for visiting high school and college students with ID, $1 for elementary students and free for children not in school.
- Soccer, Cross Country, Tennis, Golf, Wrestling, Lacrosse and Softball does not charge admission for their events.
